Challenging Workouts

So are you tired of your workout? Or do you just need a new one to challenge yourself. Don't worry here's a couple of workouts that I know you'll struggle through.

The 300 Workout
If you haven't been doing this workout regularly that it will be a real pain to start. Encompassing the whole body the 300 workout is a monster combination of strength and endurance. http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/muscle-building-11

The Passion4Profession Workout
Each workout from passion from profession focuses on a particular muscle but combining them to be a full body workout will truly give you a blast to your abs, chest and if you do it with heavy enough weights the legs. http://www.youtube.com/user/passion4profession

The p90x Workout
I've tried this workout and it's pretty hard. Try to keep up in the first workout and see yourself in pain the next day. It's not free like the workouts above but it works. Find a friend who has it and they'll probably let you borrow it(or rip it onto another cd :O)
